Exploring the World of Minibeasts:
This morning, our young adventurers embarked on a thrilling minibeast investigation. Equipped with magnifying glasses and tweezers, they approached the investigation table with excitement to explore the tiny wonders of nature.
The children carefully examined a sod of grass, discovering many small creatures. With clipboards and checklists in hand, they eagerly identified and classified their finds. In the sand area, they dug deep to uncover seven mystery insects, determining their identities and even organising them by size.
At the water station, creativity shone as they built bridges for insects to cross safely. Meanwhile, in the construction area, bug hotels were being crafted with imagination.
Brilliant discussions filled the air as the children classified insects by features such as legs and wings. Their curiosity and teamwork were inspiring, making this day a memorable learning experience.
