Primary Five travelled to Orritor PS for our final shared education today. Our facilitator was Colette Slevin - who delivered a workshop on Healthy Me. She helped the students understand how their brain is linked to emotions/feelings and behaviour and how to turn some negative things into positives. Sometimes things aren’t as bad as they seem!! Some great advice and fun with our friends today.
