Home Grown Vegetable Soup

While outside weeding the fruit and vegetable beds, Primary 4 noticed that we had lots of different vegetables and herbs ready to harvest:

- carrots
- onions
- courgettes
- parsnips
- potatoes
- parsley

It was decided that the best way to use the crops was to make vegetable soup.

And so we did. It was a fun Friday afternoon and we all went home with a warm belly full of soup.
