Primary 7 pupils thoroughly enjoyed their recent walk along the Dunamore trail. The experience provided rich inspiration for both their poetry writing and watercolour artwork. Along the journey, they observed how the river gradually changes from a small stream into a wider, flowing river, and they discussed the various creatures that live within this habitat.
The children greatly enjoyed bringing their “Water, Water Everywhere” topic to a close, reflecting on all they had learned about the natural world around them.
