Primary 1 had a fantastic time exploring our WAU topics, “All About Me” and “Autumn” through creative writing. Inspired by our autumn walk, we reviewed what we’ve learned about the five senses.
As we observed our surroundings, we collected a variety of autumn materials and placed them in our tough tray. We then began our shared writing, matching each item to a sense. Using our colour catalogues, we added descriptive words to bring our writing to life.
To complete our autumn display, we started some autumn art, carefully choosing colours that reflect the season.
