Primary 7 pupils recently took part in an empowering School Council election. Each child carefully drafted a campaign speech, created a memorable slogan, and edited their work to ensure their message was clear and persuasive. On presentation day, they confidently delivered their speeches to their peers, sharing their ideas and vision for positive change within the school. All speeches were recorded and posted onto individual Seesaw accounts.
This experience not only strengthened their public speaking and literacy skills, but also gave them a deeper understanding of leadership, responsibility and the importance of a pupil voice.
