Today P2 took part in a live J2e lesson where we used JIT to create a piece of writing all about spring.
We used our senses to help us think carefully about the season. We talked about what we can see, hear and smell in spring and used our ideas to write some super sentences.
The children learned lots of new digital skills during the lesson. They searched for an online image to use as their background, discovered how to capitalise a letter, used the space bar correctly and typed a full sentence. They then changed the size, colour and font of their writing to make it stand out.
Finally, everyone saved their work independently before it was printed. We were very proud of both our writing and our ICT skills today!
